Invigilating tests and examinations

The key role of an invigilator is to ensure the integrity of the examination process. Learn about the roles and responsibilities of an invigilator, the requirements of the Joint Council for Qualifications , access arrangements, and what to do if malpractice is suspected.

• Know what to do before, during, and after an examination
• Understand adjustments that may need to be made for students with disabilities and learning difficulties
• Understand what is meant by 'malpractice' and how to act if you see malpractice or suspect it
