Terms and Conditions

1. General
   1. The customer (you) may subscribe to Short Courses Unlimited by purchasing online directly. Subscriptions will be for a monthly Subscription Term, which is agreed to when you purchase Short Courses Unlimited online.
   2. Short Courses Unlimited shall automatically renew unless either Party notifies the other in writing of its intent not to renew at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current Subscription Term.
   3. To obtain Short Courses Unlimited, you agree to pay the amount specified on the Short Courses Unlimited page of the Laser Short Course Website. All prices quoted include all applicable sales tax (e.g. VAT).
   4. You agree to pay all Subscription Fees associated with its access to the Services in advance, regardless of usage, to Laser Learning Ltd. (us/we) unless preapproved by us to pay via an invoice.
   5. All Subscription Fees must be prepaid via a credit or debit card you enter at checkout via Stripe, and you shall keep such information current.
   6. The term of this Agreement will commence in accordance with the applicable online purchase and will continue so long as you maintain an active subscription to the Services, unless you/we give the other thirty (30) days’ notice of an intent to terminate or not renew your subscription to the Services.
2. Termination
   1. We may terminate the Services for cause after giving you notice:
      • For non-payment or delinquent payment of the Subscription Fees for the Services;
      • If it becomes impractical for us to continue offering Services to you, for reasons such as change of law.
   2. You may terminate the Services for cause after giving us notice.
      • We will automatically renew your Subscription Access at the end of your current subscription period, unless you have cancelled your Subscription Access prior to the end of the subscription period.
      • You have a 14-day right to cancel in England (also known as a ‘cooling off period’) as set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges Regulations 2013 (the “Consumer Contracts Regulations”). You can cancel Short Courses Unlimited for any reason and at any point during your statutory cooling off period. The 14-day cooling period starts from the date you purchase Short Courses Unlimited online and the payment is processed and received by us.
   3. While you may stop using the Services at any time, termination of your access to the Services for no reason or convenience (outside of the cooling off period) does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or require us to refund any prepaid fees, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Refunds
   1. No refunds or credits for subscription charges, fees, or other payments will be provided to you if you elect to terminate access to the Services before the end of the then-effective Subscription Term.
   2. A full refund will be given if you elect to terminate access to the Services during the statutory 14-day cooling period, provided that no Short Courses have been completed. If a Short Course has been completed, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate and fair administrative fee.
